The application is designed to work with sound even when your iPhone/iPad goes into sleep mode, preventing excessive battery discharge during cardiac coherence cycles. It serves as a helpful tool for practicing cardiac coherence and daily breathing exercises by guiding you to breathe with eyes closed following a gentle audio beat for enhanced relaxation.

<li>Customize session duration</li>
<li>Adjust the Inhale to Exhale ratio (relaxing, coherence, energizing)</li>
<li>Set the number of breaths per minute</li>
<li>Show/hide the remaining time in the cardiac coherence cycle</li>
<li>Set a delay to prepare before starting the breathing exercise</li></ul>

<ul>Additionally, you have the option to:
<li>Select background sounds from a provided list</li>
<li>Choose beat tone sounds from a variety of options</li>
<li>Pick background images from the available list</li>
<li>Select the sound indicating the transition between inhalation and exhalation</li></ul>

<li>Earn virtual rewards for each session completed</li></ul>

Cardiac coherence presents a simple method to reduce stress through a breathing exercise lasting just 5 minutes. The app offers customizable settings to adapt preferences based on your practice environment.
